Buffalo Mighty Mo's

About Buffalo Mighty Mo’s

Dear viewer

As you know, the title of this project is called:
“THE BUFFALO MIGHTY MO’S”

The events of the saga takes place in 1876 Oklahoma; The Resolution(ending) however, lands in modern-day time, allowing the premise and moral of the story to have a common cause to compare and set examples of admirable socialization practices of the past with behavior adjustments of today’s civilization;

The screenplay is approximately a total of 1450 pages, divided into 10, 150-paged binders, yielding the prospects of a miniseries, TV episodic, or Motion Picture Trilogy.

With the screenplay also novelized as a 4-volumed, 9” X 12” (a “Triple-Decker” with Addendum), I am using the publishing platform as a basis for launching the project from the bookshelves of Amazon, Barnes & Noble and the likes; The strategy of the campaign is to provide accurate history data through the educational arena, while maintaining it’s entertainment value as a narrative fiction; America’s yesteryear, and it’s expansion of the western borders is a special subject to me;

I am a descendant of William Still, a leader and founder of the Underground Railroad.

In addition to this responsibility of relaying cultural preservation and identity politics to the multitudes of readers and viewers, I have delighted in the task of penetrating the information echelon with a wonderful project that is bound for America’s literary institutions, as a catalyst to maintain cultural pride, dismiss cultural misrepresentation, and generate a keener sense of social harmony and multiculturalism;

Most of the visual information attached are examples of works-in-progress; Everything is in 1st stages of development, with corrections, adjustments, and completions to come;

Once again, this my opportunity to prove to the studio heads that I am representable as a viable commodity.

The risks and challenges this project potentially faces is as usual with any facet of entertainment: the “CAST, & CREW, and the technical, creative, and production team/expertise.

If funded properly, this project should have enough latitude to make it into the hands of a major entertainment studio, like Paramount, MGM, Universal, etc.

Once that happens, the risks and challenges would not have validity, because the studio will serve as the mothership, solving it’s usual array of challenges, of course, with the financial fortitude to eliminate such opposition.

The central focus point right now, is to complete all of the sound, sight, and literary components crucial for the success of the “Pitch” to the majors;

Representation in the form of a viable talent agent guarantees a successful presentation, placed in the right hands of a studio that believes in the project, and will take the liberties to launch, distribute & harness this project/entity.

If there is not enough funding before the “Studio Pitch” to test the unpublished novel through focus groups, trade shows, & other complimentary/promotional arenas, the risks of convincing the studio that this project is a “Cash Cow” will be a greater challenge.

The “Advertising Dollar” must be of a substantial budget, so that commercials, radio station scheduling, parade permits, and the like, all play a crucial role in diminishing the risks & challenges of the funding for a project as such.

2) The PROJECTED BUDGET, which has been revised recently; is specifically for development costs, for the expenses and overheads needed to bring the project to it’s proper “launching stage” for a well-devised “pitch” to the appropriate “green-lighter” at the appropriate studio;

The Actual costs of the Movie or TV Episodic has not been officially calculated, but the estimated quote is: approximately $140 to $200 Million for the Movie, or approximately $150 Million(10 Episodes X $15 Million each = $150 Million)

Welcome Graphic

The “One-Liner”

A Kiowan Chief and a Negro Preacher reinstates the sight of a Confederate Officer who was blinded by hate.

When he regains his vision, he becomes spiritually resuscitated, leaves his past behind, and joins forces with the two ministers, implementing his revised views that have been manipulated by the positive force of his once previous opponents;

Tri-culturalism amongst the 3 races becomes an embryo that will be born at the resolution of the saga…

And so, the strategy is what I call: “The Reverse Process”

The antagonist becomes spiritually subjected with the “inability” to process hate, and literally cannot think or process his thoughts unless the symbol of love is comfortably embedded in one’s mental make-up

It’s like an invisible armor…

There is no spiritual, mental, or emotional wealth without the mind frame of love…

“The Reverse Process” means “using all of the problem-solving mechanisms, and solutions of social harmony and multiculturalism—and take it back to the late 19th century”

When the story ends, the reader will be “refreshed” about how we arrived from there to here / from then to now, in a different perspective— thereby subconsciously conforming to the power, spirit, and “Medicine of Mosan”.
